Help Desk Business Hours Update

Effective July 14, the Administrative Service Center (ASC) Tech Support team's business hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons walk-up location. This change ensures consistency across campus service hours while maintaining the high-quality support that students, faculty, and staff rely on.  

The team remains dedicated to assisting with: 

  • VPN access 
  • Email troubleshooting 
  • Password resets 
  • Two-factor authentication (DUO) 
  • Other application-related issues 

In-person tech support is available at Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons, Suite 215 (near Kaldi’s Coffee). 

You can also receive support by using the chat feature on the webpage for immediate assistance, calling the ASC at 404.385.1111 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or submitting a Technology Request through the Administrative Services portal
