Technology Support Services Available for Students

The Administrative Services Center (ASC) is excited to welcome new and returning students back to campus! Ensuring all Georgia Tech students have the technology support they need to be successful is our top priority. The ASC Information Technology Support Services team (ITSS) is available to support students with the following technology services and more. 

  • VPN  
  • Email 

  • Password Reset 
  • Two-factor authentication (DUO) 
  • Other IT support 

In Person Support 

Walk-in support is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Clough Commons, Suite 215 near Kaldi’s Coffee. 

Virtual Support 

Students can use the new chat feature to receive immediate virtual support. The chat feature can be found in the bottom right corner of the IT Support webpage. Students can also call the ASC at 404.385.1111 or submit a Technology Request through the Administrative Services portal.
