Library launches LibAnswers chatbot

In early October, the Georgia Tech Library launched its first chatbot, a new tool that answers frequently asked questions from users and directs them, on request, to a Public Services Associate for live assistance.
The bot also supplies assistance with basic questions when the Library isn’t open (the Library does not stay open 24 hours during academic breaks).
The service is provided by Springshare’s LibAnswers platform. For more information, contact Public Services Associate Diann Lindsay at diann.lindsay@library.gatech.edu.
