A Briefing By Julian Lindley-French
Dr Julian Lindley-French is currently a Senior Scholar at the Center for Applied Policy at the University of Munich and he is an author and commentator on transatlantic relations and European security and defence. Formerly Director of the International Security Policy Training Course at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, he was born in Sheffield, Yorkshire in 1958. He is an Oxford Blue who graduated from Oxford University in 1980 and thereafter spent several years undertaking project management for a British Government agency, the United Nations in Geneva and New York, as well as for the International Olympic Committee in Lausanne.
