Two Mormon missionaries (Aaron Jakubenko and Wade Briggs) encounter a great deal of resistance during their assignment in 1950s Melbourne, but find an unlikely purpose when their basketball skills attract the attention of a local coach (Ben Prendergast). Eventually, they're pressed into service as the impromptu assistant coaches of a basketball team that's aiming for the Olympics, and they mentor the players in both fundamental skills and moral courage.
