Race and Gender Colloquium Series: “The Golden Arches in Black America: Fast, Food, Gender, and Race in an Age of Crisis,” Marcia Chatelain

The Black Feminist Think Tank, led by Dr. Sherie Randolph in the School of History and Sociology at Georgia Tech, is hosting a four part colloquium on race and gender in the United States.  The third event features Dr. Marcia Chatelain of Georgetown  University, who will be speaking on "The Golden Arches in Black America: Fast Food, Gender, and Race in an Age of Crisis."  

The talk will be from 12:00 - 1:30 PM on Friday, February 24th in room 104 of the Old Civil Engineering Building on Georgia Tech's campus.  All are invited to attend this event.

This event is co-sponsored by the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts and the Georgia Tech Office of Institute Diversity.
