C21U Director of External and Faculty Engagement and OIT Director of Academic Technology and Engagement Warren Goetzel, and C21U Project Support Specialist Daniel Rosebud will dive into how AI-focused projects require unique approaches and provide an overview of Georgia Tech’s AI policies and guidelines.

Date: Thursday, December 11
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Location: Global Learning Center, Room #152

As AI becomes a key part of our workflows, it’s changing the rules of engagement for project management and institutional best practices. Many AI initiatives fail not due to the technology, but because traditional project management frameworks aren’t designed for AI’s iterative, data-driven nature. In this learning session, we will examine use cases where AI plays a central role and requires special considerations. We’ll also discuss how to identify AI-focused projects and what makes them different from traditional ones. Additionally, we’ll have the chance to learn more about Georgia Tech AI guidelines and the new policies that will soon be implemented.

Participants are invited to bring their lunch and engage in an interactive conversation with the presenters. Open to Georgia Tech students, faculty, and staff.

Please register by Tuesday, December 9
