Many AI initiatives fail not because of the technology but because traditional project management frameworks aren\u2019t designed for AI\u2019s iterative, data-driven nature. In this learning session, we will examine use cases where AI plays a central role and requires special considerations. We\u2019ll also discuss how to identify AI-focused projects and what makes them different from traditional ones. Additionally, we\u2019ll have the chance to learn more about Georgia Tech AI guidelines and the new policies that will soon be implemented.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EParticipants are invited to bring their lunch and engage in an interactive conversation with the presenters.
