Pascal Van Hentenryck Invited as Plenary Speaker at 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting

Pascal Van Hentenryck, the A. Russell Chandler III Chair and Professor in Georgia Tech’s H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, and director of the U.S. National Science Foundation AI Institute for Advances in Optimization (AI4OPT), has been invited to deliver a plenary address at the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting, one of the world’s leading conferences for operations research and analytics. His presentation, “Learning to Optimize: Foundations and Industrial Impact,” will take place on Wednesday, October 29, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET, and will highlight how machine learning innovations are reshaping the way complex optimization challenges are addressed in practice.
