Guidelines for Submitting Event Agreements

Event agreements requiring review and signature should be submitted at least 10 business days before the event to allow time for compliance documentation and any necessary terms negotiations.
The Procurement Services Team will review and sign agreements on a first-come, first-served basis. Agreements should be free of errors upon submission to avoid delays.
Campus users must submit a requisition with the agreement attached using the attachment category “signature needed.” This will ensure the requisitions route to Procurement regardless of dollar value.
Users can also submit a request via ServiceNow for Hotel and Event bookings if the Georgia Tech Foundation will be paying for the event directly.
