Managing and Developing Student Employees

Do you manage student employees? If so, this session is for you! In this session we will discuss the unique challenges of managing and developing student employees and best practices to help us overcome these challenges. As managers of Georgia Tech student employees, we have a responsibility to help our students succeed! Participants will explore and learn to apply a framework in managing student employees and help them to develop career readiness skills. This session is recommended for those who currently manage student employees.
Registration for our courses takes place in Georgia Tech's new faculty and staff online learning portal. Please use your GT credentials to log on to the platform and then navigate to the Course Catalog to find and register for the course you're interested in attending.
