In this session we will discuss the unique challenges of managing and developing student employees and best practices to help us overcome these challenges. As managers of Georgia Tech student employees, we have a responsibility to help our students succeed! Participants will explore and learn to apply a framework in managing student employees and help them to develop career readiness skills. This session is recommended for those who currently manage student employees.
