Primary tabs

If you have ever wondered what goes on way over at the northwest corner of campus across from Rocky Mountain Pizza, now is your chance to find out. Join us as the faculty, staff and students of the Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access (CATEA), Aware Home, Happy Healthy Home Class and the Wireless RERC get together to present their latest research and design projects to promote the health, active living and societal participation of people of all ages and abilities.

Learn more about the accessible aquarium, private pediatric transport, housing Georgia for a Lifetime, enhancing STEM education in Georgia’s high schools, Tag Talker, universal design at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, DATHA, Happy Healthy Homes, predictive health through water-based activity recognition, home care robotics, the latest in wireless technologies and much, much more. Refreshments will be served.

CATEA is located in the old church at the SE corner of 10th and Hemphill, Wireless RERC is in the Institute of Paper Science at the SW corner of 10th and Hemphill and Aware Home is the bluish gray house at the corner of 10th and Center St.

Parking is available off 10th Street in the W32 gravel lot adjacent and behind the old church sanctuary.
