The team at Georgia Tech Conference Services would like to say thank you to our loyal clients. Your continued patronage and feedback are a vital part of our growth as an operation. We appreciate you trusting us with the logistics of your camp/conference, and we will do our best to continue to give you the kind of service you deserve. To those groups we have yet to host, please know there is a summer home for you at Georgia Tech. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can serve your program in the very best way.

Summer 2021 will be here before you know it and GTCS is excited about your return to campus. Currently, we are accepting tentative dates for the upcoming summer months. Returning clients, we would love to see your camp/conference dates on our books. If you have not spoken with your Georgia Tech Conference Coordinator concerning summer 21 dates, please look for that communication soon. For new clients, please take a minute to submit a request for proposal, and we will follow up with you quickly.

Housing Refresh

Housing and Residence Life has been busy renovating and improving many of our traditional residence halls. With both your guests and our students in mind, we've upgraded paint and carpet, and improved many of the lounge spaces. Our students are loving the spaces and we know you will too!

Welcome to the Campus Center! Out with the old and in with the new. The exhibition hall is part of phase I of construction and is now complete. Take a tour of our 8 multiple-purpose meeting and event spaces.

Campus Response to COVID-19

We are currently making plans to safely host residential programs and intern lodging during summer 2021. This will include physical distancing in our housing, dining, meeting, and event spaces. The impacts of COVID-19 are dynamic, and we realize changes to our plans may occur. However, as it stands now, we are excited and vigorously preparing for a return to summer conference season. This will include explanations of any new requirements and updates should external factors require a change of plans and availability of resources.
