Yesplus at Georgia Tech invites you to a beautiful session on exploring healthy lifestyles through meditation and breathing practices.
This session will consist of exploring health in its totality - spiritual, mental, physical, emotional and social. We will look at how meditation and breathing play a key role. We will have a soothing guided meditation, interactive discussions and sumptous refreshments to conclude with.
