Free Mindfulness Class

Health Initiatives will be offering a weekly mindfulness class for faculty, staff, and students in Spring 2018. Each class will provide a guided meditation and discussion of the benefits of the continued practice. Mindfulness leads to a better understanding of oneself, greater emotional balance, and resilience. 

You are welcome to drop-in to attend any class; no registration is required and the class is FREE.
