Abhyuday Mandal, an ISyE PhD student, won the Best Student Paper Award at the INFORMS Meeting in Denver this October. The QSR (Quality, Statistics, Reliability) Section of INFORMS sponsors the competition. About 20 competitors submitted papers, and the QSR Section chose four for presentation at the Meeting.
