Team Carbon Crushers, realized a reduction in carbon dioxide of 80,000 pounds of CO2, and $8,000 over the lifespan of their project. They switched out the shower heads in two volunteer households. The anticipated savings were calculated based on the future energy, and water savings. Further, they asked members of the voluteer households to reduce their shower times to no longer than 8 minutes.  The team members were Sienna Creech, Unwanna Etuk, Rebecca Homen de Mello, Spencer Nelson.
