Krav Maga is a battle proven form of self-defense originally developed for the Isreali Military.  It is based on instinctual movements and natural reflexes. Because if this, anyone has the ability to learn how to defend themselves effectively in a short amount of time.  We only address realistic situations, common attacks and the most effective way go home safe!  Another benefit of training in Krav Maga is fitness.  A complete head-to-toe full body workout that combines kicking, punching, street fighting, ground fighting, and defenses against weapons.  Krav Maga gets its students into prime physical shape.Bottom line, it’s for everyone who wants to know real life self-defense and get in shape!

INSTRUCTOR:  Troy Logan is a martial arts practitioner with over 30 years of experience as a Self Defense and Mixed Martial Arts Instructor. Troy earned a Black belt in Tae Kwon Do as a teenager and then went on to train in Shotokan Karate, Tang Soo Do, Western Boxing, Krav Maga, Jiujitsu, and Muay Thai Boxing. He is a Gold certified Krav Maga Instructor with Krav Maga Alliance. He also holds certifications in Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai Boxing thru Trans Muay Thai Association. In addition, he has a teacher’s proficiency in multiple disciplines, including Western Boxing, Karate, and various systems that involve hand to hand combatives.  Troy currently teaches and serves as a Master Instructor in the Atlanta area.
