Overcoming Rumination and Negative Self-Talk
Primary tabs
Please join Georgia Tech's RESILIENCE Employee Resource Group for an engaging Brown Bag lunch event entitled
Overcoming Rumination and Negative Self-Talk: Letting go of worry and fear, igniting self confidence; releasing "imposter complex."
An important part of resilience is breaking patterns of thought and behavior that keep us from fully enjoying life and moving toward our personal and professional goals. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to identify the "gremlins" that interfere with their personal and professional well-being. We will practice several techniques we can use to break out of these harmful patterns and gain more control over our well-being.
