2016 H-1B Cap Met, USCIS Will Conduct Lottery

According to the trend of past years, USCIS stopped accepting H-1B applications on April 7th and will now proceed using a lottery system to determine who will receive H-1Bs for FY 2016. While USCIS has not yet provided the number of applications that they received, last year USCIS received 87,500 additional applications over the 65,000 cap.
