The deadline to submit abstracts for the NACCHO Annual 2015 conference is Sunday, December 21, 2014, 11:59 PM PST. Submissions addressing all aspects of public health including public health practice, infrastructure, and foundational capabilities, relevant to the conference theme will be considered. Tracks for this year's conference were informed by the CDC's ten Essential Public Health Services.  Submissions should describe innovative, proven or promising evidence-based practices, programs, services, systems, research, technologies, resources, tools, partnerships, and policies that attendees can take back and put in place in their departments and communities.
