Assistant Professor Andrew Chupp joins Public Policy faculty

 B. Andrew Chupp received a Ph.D. in economics from Georgia State University in 2009.  His primary research interests are environmental economics, public finance, public choice, and public policy analysis.  Specifically, much of his research focuses on the interactions between state and federal environmental policy.  Andrew's work has appeared in the Journal of Public Economics, the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, and Public Choice, among others.  Andrew is actively continuing research in environmental economics, and is currently working on a retrospective analysis of the Acid Rain Program's sulfur dioxide trading markets under a grant from Resources for the Future.
