  <title><![CDATA[Assistant Professor Andrew Chupp joins Public Policy faculty]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;B. Andrew Chupp received a Ph.D. in economics from Georgia State University in 2009.&nbsp; His primary research interests are environmental economics, public finance, public choice, and public policy analysis.&nbsp; Specifically, much of his research focuses on the interactions between state and federal environmental policy.&nbsp; Andrew's work has appeared in the Journal of Public Economics, the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, and Public Choice, among others.&nbsp; Andrew is actively continuing research in environmental economics, and is currently working on a retrospective analysis of the Acid Rain Program's sulfur dioxide trading markets under a grant from Resources for the Future.</p>]]></body>
