Undergraduate Degree Candidates for SPRING 2013 (if you have never applied)

There are specific steps that must be taken before applying for graduation.  If you have not applied and do not know the rules, please see your advisor prior to applying.  If the steps are not followed correclty and exactly, it could delay your graduation status.  Make sure you see an advisor if you did not attend the Degree Information Session to go by the step by step instructions.  This is for undergraduation  COC students only.

Summary

To be eligible to graduate in Spring 2013, then students must apply (if you have never turned applied for graduation) before October 15 without a fee being assessed.  Between October 16 and October 31 if you apply a $50.00 fee will be assesed.  After November 1, students will no longer be eligible to apply for graduation for spring 2012 if you have never applied for graduation status.
