While everyone on campus is gearing up for the arrival of new students and the return of continuing students, the Office of International Education is eager to check-in approximately 1400 new international students from over 70 countries around the world. This Fall we are excited to use a new paperless check-in process via iStart.gatech.edu which allows international students to comply with immigration requirements either with OIE support at the GT Library or from anywhere the student has access to a both a scanner and an internet connection.  More about the International Student Check-in process and the activities the Office of International Education has coordinated to help the new students transition as a Georgia Tech student can be found on the OIE website.
