The Office of Student Involvement and the Office of Community Service are merging into one office under the new name, the Office of Leadership & Civic Engagement.  A formal launch of this office, including an updated mission, vision, and description, will follow later in the year after the hiring of a permanent Director.  As recently announced, Dean Cara Appel-Silbaugh is serving as the Interim Director of the Office of Leadership & Civic Engagement. A new search to find a permanent Director will be launched in early fall.

In the meantime, we are actively moving forward with the merger and name change.  We are in the process of updating signage, online information, etc. Please assist us in this effort by using the new office name and referencing the office accordingly, especially in any power point / presentations and website links that direct students to our office.
