Student Diversity Symposium with keynote speaker Shirley Franklin

Primary tabs

The Student Government Association (SGA) is partnering with the Institute for an annual campus-wide and city-wide Martin Luther King Week celebration. Georgia Tech has not only historic roots in civil service and civil rights, but is also a center of Atlanta's community of higher education, arts, philanthropy, research, and diversity.

Please join us for SGA's Student Diversity Symposium for a relevant display, roundtable discussions, and a keynote address from Atlanta's former mayor, Shirley Franklin.

Lunch will be available for all who stay for the roundtable discussions. Conversations will be open-ended and fielded directly with many Georgia Tech administrators, deans, faculty, and student leaders, notably the Office of Institute Diversity and Office of Diversity Programs.

Come prepared to finish a week of recognition and service with the Georgia Tech community. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there.
