The Georgia Tech Siren Warning System (SWS) is tested at 11:00 AM on the first Thursday of every month, unless inclement weather in the area would cause undue alarm and confusion.  At the beginning of each semester, GTENS is tested live in addition to the standard SWS test.

*In May and August, the first Thursday falls during exam week.  The SWS test will be delayed a week to avoid disruption of exams.
