Full Summary: APA's Urban Design and Preservation Division will host a free forum at Museum of Design Atlanta on planners' roles in urban design and density. The event will feature a guest presentation and information about MODA's upcoming exhibit.

The Urban Design and Preservation Division of American Planning Association (APA) will host "Planning, Urban Design, and Density" as part of its 2007 Design Forum Series. The forum will feature a guest presentation by Mark Hinshaw, FAIA, FAICP entitled "Planners and Their Role in Urban Design and Density." Hinshaw is the Director of Urban Design for LMN Architects in Seattle and the author of True Urbanism: Living in and Near the Center. Information will also be presented on Museum of Design Atlanta's (MODA) upcoming exhibit "The Design Prescription."

Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided along with a book giveaway drawing.
