ADVANCE Luncheon

NSF ADVANCE program brainstorming session:
At our initial ADVANCE meeting, attendees identified some of the challenges that women faculty face in seeking promotion and tenure. We also learned that there are many tools available through the ADVANCE program.

Now, we need to decide how to implement these tools in the College of Architecture. You can be a part of this decision-making process. On March 31st, we will meet to discuss:
• topics for future workshops
• advancement resources - people, technology, communications
• potential oversight opportunities
• potential policy research and innovation
• other suggested events
• funding and administrative resources
