Dr. Catherine Ross speaks about streetscaping for Stone Mountain redevelopment in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution article "Face-lift for Stone Mountain." Stone Mountain aims at redevelopment similar to that of Norcross and Decatur, two successful Atlanta areas which have focused on redevelopment in the recent past. According to Ross, "It's about increasing the value of your place, a way to make better a place where you live. It's about generating new but also making sure to keep what you have."
