Tech Play Commons is an interactive pop-up funded through the Georgia Tech Arts microgrant program. The pop-up is open to community members of all ages (faculty, staff, students, and visitors alike) and engages participants in a time of reflection through art and play. 

Visitors will have the opportunity to write and draw their stories in a collective storybook, as well as create art (literary or visual) that will be displayed next semester at the Georgia Tech library. There will also be games, including giant chess hosted by the Chess Club. The Student Planning Association recently received a grant to install swings on campus as an effort to expand Tech’s playscape, and students can voice their opinions on the swing’s location and what they would like to see next.
