Week of Welcome is an opportunity for first-year students to get to know their new home, campus life, and city life. Students will get to move in a week earlier than other students to start making Georgia Tech their home and create connections that will last throughout their time at Tech.

There will be more than 300 events happening during Week of Welcome, August 17-23, where you can:

• Connect with fellow Yellow Jackets through social and educational experiences.
• Attend workshops based on areas you are interested in – from Tech traditions to how to do laundry, to how to study for college-level tests, to how to have the best resume possible.
• Learn more about opportunities to be involved across all aspects of campus life.
• Have fun before classes start.
