Georgia Public Broadcasting recently featured Moonlight Therapeutics and its work to advance a new potential treatment for peanut allergies.

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is leading the first human clinical trial of the company’s microneedle stamp, which is designed to deliver a precise amount of peanut allergen through the outer layers of the skin. Moonlight Therapeutics President and CEO Samir Patel completed doctoral research at Georgia Tech and co-founded the Atlanta-based biotechnology company to help translate this technology into a potential treatment.
