Overcoming the Stressors of Perfectionism and Procrastination

Perfectionism and procrastination are key ingredients in the recipes for stress and inefficiency. In this workshop, students will learn some strategies for overcoming perfectionism and for putting an end to procrastination, thereby decreasing their overall stress.
