Georgia Tech Offers Summer Communication Courses for International Graduate Students
The Center for Teaching and Learning and the College of Lifetime Learning are offering two graduate-level courses this summer to support international and multilingual graduate students in strengthening their academic and professional communication skills. Academic Writing for International Graduate Students will help students develop effective writing strategies for coursework, publication, and professional contexts, while Oral Communication Skills for International Graduate Students focuses on building fluency, confidence, and effectiveness in spoken English across academic, workplace, and everyday interactions. Both 2-credit courses provide practical, hands-on learning opportunities and individualized instructor support. Classes begin in late June and are open to Georgia Tech graduate students seeking to enhance their success in research, teaching, and professional communication.
