Administration and Finance Aligns Functional Units as Institute Planning and Resource Management

Primary tabs

The functional units in the Office of the Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance will now collectively be known as “Institute Planning and Resource Management (IPRM).”

These units include Capital Planning and Space Management, Enterprise Project Management, Environmental Stewardship, Financial Services (Bursar, Controller, Grants and Contracts Accounting, and Treasury Services), Institute Budget Planning and Administration, Institutional Research and Planning, Organizational Development, and Real Estate Development.

“It is often difficult for campus constituents to refer to the functional responsibilities using a commonly recognizable label,” said Amir Rahnamay-Azar, senior vice president for administration and finance. “IPRM was created to clarify our identity as a business unit within the division of Administration and Finance and suitably describes the portfolio of functions provided by our organization for the Institute and the Office of the President.”

The Office of the Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance is one of five major business units that report to Steven Swant, executive vice president for administration and finance.
