-------

*The ADVANCE professors represent an inter-college network of professors who offer advice on structure and policy in relationship to gender and tenure-track faculty. In doing so the ADVANCE program is designed to strengthen both faculty impact and well-being for the entire campus community. For more information visit the ADVANCE webpage.

While ADVANCE’s focus began with an NSF grant in 2001 centered on attraction and retention of tenure-track women in STEM, all interested faculty members are invited to the Demystifying Tech panel discussion.
