BID Guest Speaker Meeting with Christian Coles

Black Students in Design invites you to a guest speaker conversation with Christian Coles, a Georgia Tech lecturer and architect whose work centers on community, culture, and human experience. Christian will share how psychology, architecture, and urban design intersect in his approach to designing for minority communities, with a focus on African American history, identity, and equity in the built environment. Drawing from his academic research, professional practice, and teaching experience, he will discuss how design can become a tool for healing, storytelling, and future-building. Join us for an engaging conversation and open Q&A — food will be provided.
