During this session, students will learn how to walk employers through their resumes in a clear and memorable way, rather than simply handing it over. You will receive guidance on highlighting key strengths, tailoring your talking points, and positioning yourself competitively. This event takes place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in Clough Lounge 205.

In addition to best practices, you’ll learn how to make the most of every recruiter conversation—even when lines are long and time is limited. This workshop will also teach strategies to keep employers engaged despite recruiter fatigue at large fairs. Students will practice framing their accomplishments in a way that sticks with employers later.
