The Aerospace Engineering Graduate Student Association (AE GSA) will host its January Town Hall on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM in MK317. Open to all AE graduate students, the town hall serves as a welcoming space for new and returning students to hear program updates, engage in discussion, and build connections across the school.

Each meeting begins with 5–15 minutes of announcements and updates, followed by guided conversations and opportunities for students to socialize. AE GSA aims to create a supportive, cross-lab community where students can openly discuss experiences, share concerns, and learn about ongoing efforts within the AE school.

The organization works closely with AE faculty to bring student perspectives into departmental decision-making. Previous discussions have covered topics such as GTA/GRA stipends, PhD Qualifier Exam structure, and general improvements to student life within the program.

With free food provided and an emphasis on open dialogue, the January Town Hall offers a valuable opportunity for AE grad students to stay informed and involved as the new semester begins.
