The 65th Annual Meeting of the Southeast Conference of the Association for Asian Studies (SEC/AAS)

The 2026 SEC/AAS Annual Meeting invites proposals for panels, roundtables, individual papers, and workshops exploring the theme “Asian Studies in the Digital Age, Old and New.” Submissions are welcome from all disciplines engaging with East and Inner Asia, Northeast Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Asian Diaspora, as well as comparative and transnational approaches to global Asia.

Faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, and independent scholars from all regions are encouraged to participate, present research, exchange ideas, and build scholarly networks.
