Student Leader Retreat
Primary tabs
he Student Leader Retreat is your chance to step away from the usual meetings and dive into something hands-on...
Join us for a full day of growth, challenge, and connection at Georgia Tech’s Leadership Challenge Course. This retreat is designed to help you experience what makes a great retreat while learning how to plan one for your own organization. You’ll take on Georgia Tech's Leadership Challenge Course, swap ideas with other RSO officers, and learn how to plan a retreat that actually builds your team up (and doesn’t just fill another weekend).
Here's what to expect: Start your morning with a light breakfast and a large-group icebreaker, then head into small groups for team activities that focus on adaptability, communication, and navigating challenges. You’ll take on the ropes course, high elements, and zipline (all while reflecting on how those experiences connect to your leadership back on campus). Afterward, we’ll come together for a large-group debrief and a provided lunch to wrap up the day.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your team, learn how to plan a meaningful retreat for your own organization, or just push yourself outside your comfort zone, this experience is for you. No cost. No travel. Just one Saturday of real growth, new connections, and unforgettable memories.
