We're looking for 10 volunteers to help out with Zoo Atlanta for their Boo at the Zoo! You'll be dressed up in fun costumes and will help pass out candy/speak about what you do as a student at Georgia Tech to families attending the event. This event will be on October 25th, 2025 from 11:30 AM - 4 PM. 

Some additional notes from Zoo Atlanta: 

Attire: Merry not scary - costumes are optional but welcomed! All costumes must be family friendly. Depending on the weather, dress in layers. The event is rain or shine so come prepared.

Assignments: include passing out treat bags, passing out candy, assisting with games and crafts. Volunteers are assigned at check-in upon arrival. Order of assignments are given based on priority of assignment and arrival time of volunteer. I.e. show up first and get the assignment you want!

P.M./afternoon shift: starts at 11:30 a.m. All volunteers scheduled for an afternoon shift MUST be at the Zoo by 11:30 a.m. so that we can get you signed in, assign you your task, orient the entire group for that shift and get you to your locations by 12:00 p.m. to relive the morning shift. Please expect your afternoon shift to end at 4:00 p.m. we may end earlier.
