2026 Southeast Exchange of Development Studies (SEEDS) Conference

Primary tabs

The Southeast Exchange of Development Studies (SEEDS) is an interdisciplinary research group of scholars conducting research in the broad area of development. The 6th Annual SEEDS Conference will bring together social scientists from various fields, including economics, international affairs, political science, public policy, and sociology.

The conference begins the afternoon of April 30 and ends the afternoon of May 1. We expect participants to attend both days. The host institution will provide dinner on April 30 and breakfast and lunch on May 1. Participants will be reimbursed for parking.

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, we will have limited funds to support one night of lodging for presenters from outside the Metro Atlanta area. Funding preference will be given to junior scholars and to those without alternative sources of support.
