Thinking about graduate school in 2027, 2028 or beyond? Considering your summer opportunities? This is a great time to think about pursuing research! Research experience, especially for PhD programs, is critical for competitive graduate school applications, and organizing and creating an undergraduate research opportunity can take time. Come to Michigan ECE’s virtual information session to learn about the importance of research and how it can be great preparation for graduate programs.

The session will include:
  • The importance of research experience in preparing for graduate school
  • Details regarding the Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP)
  • Examples of research projects
This session is not intended for prospective students who are applying to start graduate school in Fall 2026 or specific questions about the Michigan ECE Graduate Program.
