On the Tenure Track: New Faculty Reflections on Interviewing

September 15-19, 2025 is National Postdoc Appreciation Week. In this virtual panel, postdoc alumni from Georgia Tech, the University of Chicago, and Harvard University will discuss their recent transition into tenure-track faculty positions. The panel will focus on effective communication strategies for the interview process, and how postdocs can prepare for the academic job market. This session is organized by members of the Engineering Group of SPHERE (Community of Practice for Social and Physical Sciences, Humanities, Engineering Resources and Education), a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting needs of postdocs across disciplines.
