Under the Scope: Selling Your Science Be exactly what recruiters are looking for.

Primary tabs

Science is the foundation for Engineering, Computing, and Business
Description:
At Georgia Tech, the All-Majors Career Fair brings in thousands of students and hundreds of employers—but many recruiters focus primarily on students from Engineering, Business, and Computing. As a result, College of Sciences students are often overlooked, even though their skills are essential to the success of these industries.
All Bachelor of Science degrees at Georgia Tech are tied to the College of Sciences on the ground level. Chemistry supports chemical engineering. Physics drives mechanical and aerospace innovation. Math fuels computing, finance, and data science. Psychology and neuroscience shape human-computer interaction and workplace systems. Biology, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, and math lay the groundwork for environmental and biomedical engineering.
Under the Scope: Selling Your Science is an interactive networking-style event designed to help science majors like you practice your pitch and better communicate your skills to employers. You’ll rotate through high-top tables with GT College of Sciences alumni from top companies such as Google, the CDC, Coca-Cola, WellStar, and more. These alumni will listen to your “science pitch” and provide real-time feedback to help you refine your message and gain confidence before the career fair.
Bring your resume, questions, and confidence.
Light hors d'oeuvres will be served.RSVP required via CareerBuzz.
