Grand Challenges Poster Session - How First-year Students Want to Improve the Human Condition
Primary tabs
Grand Challenges invites the entire Georgia Tech community to their 2025 Poster Session.
50 teams of first-year students have developed plans to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges, and you get to witness their creativity and innovation! Every team will be on hand to explain their project, take your questions, and talk about the impact they want to make.
When you arrive, you’ll be bankrolled with GC Bucks to “invest” in your favorite team (s), so get ready to support projects aimed at improving the human condition in areas such as food, environment, shelter, water, energy, and more.
Choose between two sessions (12:30 – 1:45 and 2 – 3:15 p.m.) or stay for both; you’re also invited to enjoy the meet-and-greets at 12 and 3:30 p.m. with faculty co-directors Dr. Ilya Gokhman and Dr. Jeffery Davis as well as some of the student team members, and of course light refreshments. If you RSVP before April 4, you’re guaranteed a free parking voucher!
